Terms of Service

1. The service

VibeCash is an advertising marketplace. Developers ("you", when earning) install our software, which displays sponsored messages in AI coding-agent wait states — for example a terminal status line — and earn a revenue share. Advertisers purchase campaigns that serve into that inventory.

2. Revenue split and earnings

Every billed advertising event is split 60% to the developer whose device displayed it, 10% to our open-source fund (donated to open-source projects; recipients published periodically), and 30% to VibeCash. Only verified impressions bill and earn: an ad rendered for at least 5 continuous seconds during an active agent session, subject to anti-fraud caps. Earnings accrue to your account and can be paid out via Stripe once they reach the $25 minimum. Earnings obtained through fraud — including automated, simulated, or manipulated sessions — may be voided and the associated accounts closed. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

3. Advertiser terms

Campaign budgets are prepaid. Campaigns are subject to automated and human policy review; we may reject or stop any campaign at our discretion. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full. You are billed per verified impression at auction-cleared prices never exceeding your bid, and per click at a disclosed multiple of the impression price, until your budget is exhausted. Spent budget on a serving campaign is non-refundable. Prohibited content includes, without limitation: anything illegal, weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling, political or social-issue advocacy, content targeting minors, hate or violence, scams, malware, deceptive claims, and predatory financial products.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to defraud the marketplace, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings levels, ad availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCash's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us (or we owed you) in the three months before the claim arose.

6. Changes
